1. How to get access to secure Web site?
To access the secure Web site, a user must be approved by a responsible project leader for each institution and vetted by the data management coordination center. Please send a request via email to Rghosh1@mdanderson.org.
2. What would I expect if I have submitted my access request?
You will soon receive a set of instructional emails for you to take action. You will need to complete the online account registration by: following the instructions, setup the security questions and answers, and choosing your own password.
3. What if I have forgotten my password?

4. What should I do if I have followed instructions but still having issues?

5. What kind of browser I should use?
Please use Internet Explorer (IE) version 8 or above to process registration steps for secure site access. You may encounter problems if you are using other browsers. For Mac users unable to use IE, the Safari browser provides the greatest reliability.
6. How can I subscribe into a working email group?
You must first get access to the secure Web site in order to subscribe to the working group email list.
